All for Houses Sitter Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the All for Houses platform by registered House and Pet Sitters (“Sitters”).
By creating a profile, submitting a listing, accepting bookings, or using the All for Houses (“AFH”) platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. Platform Role
All for Houses is a platform that connects Homeowners and Sitters for house sitting, pet sitting, house check up, pet check up, dog walking, and related services.
AFH does not employ Sitters and acts solely as a connecting platform between users.
2. Sitter Responsibilities
Sitters agree to perform services responsibly, professionally, and in accordance with homeowner instructions.
Responsibilities may include:
feeding pets
walking and exercising pets
administering medication where agreed
maintaining reasonable cleanliness
collecting mail or packages
monitoring home security
caring for plants
coordinating contractors where necessary
providing updates to homeowners
Sitters agree to treat homes, pets, and personal property respectfully at all times.
3. Term
These Terms shall remain effective for as long as the Sitter maintains an active profile or uses the All for Houses platform.
Sitters may terminate their use of the platform with 2 weeks’ written notice to AFH, provided that there are no active or confirmed bookings scheduled during the notice period.
AFH reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or remove access to the platform immediately in cases involving:
misconduct
negligence
policy violations
unsafe behaviour
fraudulent activity
failure to fulfil sitter responsibilities
4. Bookings & Services
Sitters may only accept bookings for services they are willing and reasonably able to perform.
Availability submitted through the platform must remain accurate and up to date.
AFH reserves the right to suspend or remove listings containing misleading or inaccurate information.
5. Compensation
All for Houses agrees to compensate Sitters for each completed sit performed through the platform.
Payment will be issued after the successful completion of the sit.
The Sitter will receive 80% of the total sit amount excluding VAT, while All for Houses will retain the remaining 20% as a platform and administration fee.
AFH reserves the right to update platform pricing and commission structures where necessary.
6. Expenses
Homeowners remain responsible for:
pet food
emergency veterinary costs
approved home related expenses
Sitters remain responsible for their own:
meals
transport
personal expenses
unless otherwise agreed directly with the homeowner.
7. Transport
Sitters are responsible for arranging their own transportation unless otherwise agreed.
AFH recommends that Sitters have access to reliable transport for emergencies where possible.
8. Homeowner Rules & Property Use
Sitters may not:
host unauthorised guests
hold parties
access restricted areas
use personal belongings without permission
consume food or beverages without approval
Sitters must follow all reasonable homeowner instructions and house rules.
9. Property Damage & Incident Report
Sitters agree to take reasonable care of the Homeowner’s property, pets, belongings, and home environment during the course of any booking.
Any accidental damage, safety concern, loss, or incident affecting the property, pets, or household must be reported to the Homeowner and All for Houses as soon as reasonably possible.
Sitters may be held responsible for damage, loss, or expenses resulting from:
negligence
misuse of property
failure to follow homeowner instructions
intentional misconduct
All for Houses shall not be responsible for damages or losses caused directly by the actions, negligence, or misconduct of Sitters or Homeowners.
10. Confidentiality
Sitters agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
homeowner information
property details
alarm systems
schedules
pets
personal matters
Information obtained through the platform may not be shared or misused.
11. Non Circumvention
Sitters may not intentionally bypass the platform to privately arrange services with homeowners introduced through All for Houses without written approval from AFH.
12. Saferty & Conduct
Sitters agree to:
behave professionally
avoid illegal or unsafe conduct
prioritise pet wellbeing
maintain respectful communication
AFH reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove users engaging in misconduct, negligence, harassment, abuse, fraud, or unsafe behaviour.
13. Limitation of Liability
All for Houses acts as a connecting platform and does not guarantee:
homeowner conduct
sitter conduct
uninterrupted platform availability
outcomes of bookings
Users remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, agreements, and conduct.
14. Verification
AFH may request:
identification documents
police clearances
references
additional verification information
before approving or maintaining listings.
15. Policy Updates
All for Houses reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
